Returns & Exchanges

ETQ Amsterdam offers a 14-day return policy for all items purchased through our online store, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. We strive to make your return or exchange process as seamless as the design of our footwear.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the products in their original ETQ shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return label provided by the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
